It is also active against some gram positive bacteria Indications for Isoconazole 1.Vaginal mycoses 2.Skin fungal infections Typical Dosage for Isoconazole Adult: As a pessary: 600mg as a single dose or 300mg once daily for 3 days. As a 1% vaginal cream: apply once daily for 7 days Skin fungal infections: To be applied as a 1% or 2% cream on affected areas
