Asmadol reduces the contraction of the smooth muscles of the bronchi by stimulating beta 2 receptors. Any swelling or disturbance in the airway may lead to a bronchial attack. This condition usually affects asthma patients, while other factors contributing to a bronchial attack may include allergens, such as house dust, pet hair, fungi, and pollen particles.
